My path into technical development started with studying fashion design, garment construction, and fit. I spent years building full women’s collections from first sketch to commercialization. That foundation shapes everything I do — I see a garment the way its designer does, not just as a set of measurements.
Most recently at lululemon, I owned women’s yoga and play styles from concept to production approval: leading fittings, writing construction comments vendor partners can execute the first time, validating grading across the full size range, and mentoring junior and assistant Technical Developers. I’ve worked with vendors on the ground in Turkey, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Taiwan — and I’m the teammate who brings energy, joy and calm to a fit room.

Senior Technical Developer — Women's Yoga & Play
Led end-to-end development of complex performance apparel from concept through bulk production approval against GTM milestones. Translated designer intent into 3D and physical prototypes, recommended construction and cost-engineering solutions that cut approval timelines, owned specs, BOMs and production-ready documentation, ran risk assessments and commercialization readiness, and mentored junior developers. Seasonal vendor travel to Turkey, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Taiwan.
Technical Developer — Engineered Knits & Sweaters
Managed development of engineered knit and sweater styles — specs, BOMs and construction communication with vendors through every stage — partnering with Technical Design and Standards teams.
Senior Fit Technician — Team Lead
Led development across women's wovens, knits, denim and outerwear, building construction standards, fit documentation and grade rules from the ground up. Led PLM implementation and mentored the team.

Developed construction, fit and style details with overseas vendors; maintained approved blocks and manufacturing quality standards.
